Used Scout values are strong but not Harley-strong. Expect to pay 60–70% of original MSRP for a 3-year-old example. The Scout Bobber variant with its blacked-out styling and forward controls is the most popular on the used market. Common issues: battery drain on 2015–2017 models if the bike sits for more than 2 weeks, and the stock exhaust note is quieter than most buyers expect (aftermarket exhaust is a near-universal first mod).
