GotMotos collects payment for the following services. Each is governed by distinct refund terms described below.
GotMotos does not process payments for vehicle purchases, financing, or any transaction between a buyer and a seller. Disputes related to vehicle purchases, trade-ins, or financing must be resolved directly with the dealer or lender involved.
New dealer accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full platform access. No payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the rate presented at signup, and your payment method on file will be charged.
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your dealer dashboard or by contacting GotMotos support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full platform access through the end of the paid period. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Annual subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months remaining. Cancellations after 30 days from the annual billing date are not eligible for a refund, but your account will remain active through the end of the annual term.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. GotMotos will send a renewal reminder by email no fewer than 7 days before an annual billing date. You can disable automatic renewal at any time through your dealer dashboard.
Featured listing fees are charged at the time of upgrade and apply for the duration specified at purchase (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been promoted and impressions have begun delivering.
If a technical error on GotMotos' part prevented your featured listing from displaying correctly, contact us within 5 business days and we will investigate. Verified platform errors will be remedied by a credit toward a future featured placement of equal value.
To request a refund under the terms above, contact GotMotos through the dealer dashboard or at gotmotos.com/contact with the following information: your dealer account name, the invoice or transaction ID, the service in question, and the reason for the refund request. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically process within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
GotMotos reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts that violate platform standards, post fraudulent listings, or engage in conduct harmful to buyers or the platform. In the event GotMotos terminates a dealer account for cause, no refund will be issued for unused subscription time. In the event GotMotos terminates a dealer account without cause, a prorated refund for the unused subscription period will be issued.
GotMotos is a lead generation and discovery platform. We are not a party to any vehicle sale, trade-in, or financing agreement. If you have a dispute related to a vehicle purchase, price, condition, title, or financing terms, that dispute is between you and the dealer or lender directly. GotMotos cannot issue refunds for vehicle transactions and is not liable for any outcome of a buyer-seller transaction facilitated through the platform.
If you believe a GotMotos dealer partner engaged in fraud or misrepresentation, report the dealer through the listing page or via gotmotos.com/contact. We investigate all reports and will take action up to and including dealer suspension where warranted.
GotMotos may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email to active dealer accounts and by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of GotMotos services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
