VERY CLEAN & READY TO GO. 2015 JAYCO Jay Flight SLX 264 BHW~s 29ft overall length.
We purchased this from a family friend and only used it for one summer.
This has had some updating to it, to make it more comfortable for our needs. Comes with the original A/C-it works perfectly. We removed the heating system & used a space heater when needed. We will include the original HEATING system, and you can choose if you'd like to reinstall it. Comes with frame mounted stabilizer scissor jacks (4) as well as a HUSKY BRUTE HB3000 Power Tongue Jack which allows you to raise or lower the trailer with a push of a button (no hand cranking). Also comes with the bumper mounted spare tire bracket, the 2 original flat screen TVs (we took down), cords and remotes. 2026 BRAND NEW battery & tankless water heater 65000BTU. (Pic #7 shows the rear storage door, which had tape on it from running a cable out the door and sealing up the space. It has now been cleaned up and looks new. There is nothing defective with the door.)
We took out the original paper-thin wall that was to separate the front main bed area that was very restrictive and ridiculously flimsy & cheap. Then we added the curtain rods and curtains to allow more movement and larger bed, that can be rearranged to your liking.
We removed the very uncomfortable original couch that was up against that flimsy wall to allow for more room, storage and the table that's made of steel & real wood. The original flimsy dinette we took out and replaced with a real couch, and we used folding TV trays to eat at which allows for more room, comfort and sleeping spot. The one folding TV tray left is included. 2 Large bunkbeds-original mattresses (not included) were like sleeping on a comforter, so we used air mattresses. More comfortable and can be cleaned.
It comes with a REESE Friction Sway Control Hitch Kit-see pics. It also has a full-size camper storage cover that we've never used. We also purchased some new items for sewer clean out/water/electricity-all of it is included. We're also including all the cooking items/appliances, fan, bed blanket & rugs as shown in the pictures. The new chair, couch and full-size bed are included and can all be removed easily if needed. The powered 16ft awning is a great added bonus as well. Comes with 2 propane tanks, spare tire and sewer honey wagon.
