For sale as is by original owner and not a dealer. You won't get the hassle or bull on this one. Willing to consider serious offers but not low ball ones. Not many of this model available across America today; none at this low price. This a four seasons premium top shelf travel trailer that is 30.5’ long that is easy to pull and operate in spring, summer, fall and winter. It is the perfect one for a couple who likes nice stuff. Has only been used by a senior couple for less than two weeks total. The unit was towed approximately a total of 1500 miles with a 2500 series truck. NOTE: The last photo also shows a 2026 Chevrolet 2500hd High Country which is NOT INCLUDED in the sale of the travel trailer. The buyer of the travel trailer has the first right option to buy the 4k miles high end diesel truck.
The photos show the quality features. It has solar system, two batteries, Truma on demand hot water system, great Truma air conditioner, super great furnace, 30 AMP rating and the list goes on. Nothing cheap about this trailer. The scissor type entry steps for both doors were additional add-ons valued at $1800. Look online at Lance travel trailers; the 2565 model floor plan is great. This unit’s unit's original value is over $94k excluding the steps and hitch.. A 10K E2 weight distribution hitch is sold separately at $800 but is included in this sale for free.
Being sold as is with no expressed or implied warranties whatsoever by the seller. The sales price is over $30K below the original price; that's 1/3 off.
