Selling my 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Stars & Stripes Edition with approximately 29,000 original miles. I finally have the clean title back in hand and am ready to move on from the vehicle after a very long situation involving the original engine failure, warranty dispute, and court proceedings that lasted more than four years.

The car is being sold AS-IS and currently does not run.

The original issue started with a P3007 / cylinder 7 misfire-related fault. After further investigation, the engine problem was believed to involve a failed/broken wrist pin on cylinder 7. There was also internal engine damage discovered during diagnosis. The vehicle will need the engine repaired, rebuilt, or replaced, and I would recommend that any buyer or mechanic perform their own inspection to determine the exact extent of the work needed.

The engine failure ultimately resulted in a warranty dispute with FCA/Stellantis. The warranty claim was denied, which led to litigation that continued for more than four years. Because of that process, the Charger spent the majority of that time stored indoors/garage kept rather than being driven, which is why the mileage remains extremely low.

Aside from the mechanical issue, the car is in exceptionally clean/mint condition for its age. It has been garage kept and stored throughout the dispute. The body, interior, paint, wheels, trim, and overall appearance have been very well preserved. This is not a high-mileage, beaten-up Scat Pack that happens to need an engine — it is a 29,000-mile, clean-title, special-edition car that unfortunately suffered an engine failure.
