While driving on the highway with the panoramic sunroof open, the glass suddenly shattered, sounding like a gunshot or an explosion. Shards of glass flew into the vehicle and rained down on me, creating a very hazardous driving situation. I did not observe any foreign object that could have caused the sunroof to break.
The car jerks so hard at times randomly that it feels like I got rear ended and it is completely unsafe. It also does small jerks at times. 1. The vehicle experienced a fuel injector failure, which is part of the engine fuel delivery system. This failure appears connected to an open Fuel System Control Unit Software Update Recall (Campaign 2024080006) that has been open since May 2024 but was not performed on my vehicle, despite the vehicle being serviced at the dealership in January 2025 for other…
