As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

Risk: Air bags with insufficient pressure retention increase the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.

Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Fix: Braun will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 16, 2026. Owners may contact Braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359 or Q'Straint's customer service at 1-800-987-9987.

Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals.

Risk: The unintended connection may prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

The rearview camera image may fail to display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. Risk: A rearview camera image that fails to display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

The brake pedal position sensor capacitor may be cracked, which can cause a loss of electronic stability control. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems."

Risk: A loss of electronic stability control increases the risk of a crash.

Risk: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

The steering column control module may not be welded properly, which can prevent the driver's air bag from deploying in a crash. Risk: A windshield that detaches from the vehicle during a crash can increase the risk of injury.
